PLEASE READ CAREFULLY as on booking you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following conditions. Booking - Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is required at the time of booking. The balance of funds must be paid no later than 70 days prior to the tour departure date. In the case of non-payment of the balance by the due date In2India may treat the booking as cancelled. Cancellation – Non-refundable deposit. Travel and Cancellation Insurance - Travel insurance is mandatory for all Travelers whilst on a Tour organized by In2India. Travelers are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance and ensuring that they are in possession of private travel insurance with protection for the full duration of the tour in respect of at least medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, with adequate benefits. Travelers together with there personal properties including baggage are at all times solely at there own risk. Travelers making their own arrangements should ensure that there is no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities included in their tour. Passports - Travelers are responsible for arranging and being in possession of a valid Passport for the whole of the journey. Information about these matters and related items (climate, clothing, baggage, personal gear etc) are covered in FAQ. This information is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of In2India. Liability Insurance - In2India holds limited liability insurance. The Traveler acknowledges and accepts that there may be no policy covering In2India’s liability to its Travelers for death, injury, damage or loss occurring anywhere in the world. The Traveler also specifically acknowledges that with respect to passenger accident liability coverage may be very limited or not exist at all. The Traveler acknowledges that In2India has taken reasonable steps in safeguarding its liability. Although In2India does hold some insurance this booking condition states that the Traveler must assume he/she is not covered by any Company insurance policy, including all liability insurance, for death, injury, damage or any other loss. Participation
- Travelers agree to accept the authority and decisions of In2India’s
Tour Leader. If in the opinion such
persons the health of a Traveler at any time before or after
departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy
progress of a Tour the Traveler may be excluded from all or part of the
Tour without refund or recompense. In the case of ill health In2India
may make such arrangements as it sees fit, including repatriation
arrangements, and recover the costs thereof from the Traveler. If a
Traveler commits an illegal act the Traveler may be excluded from the
Tour and In2India shall cease to have responsibility to/for them. If you
are affected by a condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect you
or affect other people’s enjoyment or active participation of the Tour,
you must advise us at the time of booking. No refund will be given f Our Responsibility for your Holiday – Traveler’s bookings are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in adventure travel and that they undertake our tours their own volition. Due to political and cultural differences, as well as generally tougher physical conditions, travel too many areas of the world involves risk s other than those we take in our daily lives. In2India places huge importance on the safety of Travelers. It is important, however, that Travelers realize they are responsible for making themselves aware through Federal Government travel advisories, Government Tourist offices and other sources of information available (see FAQ) of the risks involved, and are responsible for making their decisions accordingly. Activities - As part of the tour transportation to and entrance fees sites are included. No refund will be made for any unused services, which are included in the price. In2India shall not be liable for any delays, deviations or omissions from any Tour caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for any direct or indirect consequences thereto.
Foreigners arriving in
India without a visa will be deported. Acquiring the Indian Visa is the
traveller's responsibility. |
